Commercial mindset with the ability to understand both the brand's objectives and the creator's value.
Up-to-date understanding of trends within influencer marketing, AI, technology, social media, and the creator economy.
We’re looking for someone who can look at a creator, understand their audience, identify which brands should be sponsoring them, find the right person inside those companies, start the conversation, build the relationship, negotiate the deal, and turn that brand into a long-term partner.
Someone who is hungry, resourceful, organized, good with people, and comfortable being measured by results.
If you already spend time noticing which brands are sponsoring creators, understanding why certain partnerships make sense, and thinking about how those deals happen behind the scenes, you’ll probably enjoy this role.
You’ll get the opportunity to work directly inside a growing creator-led media company and understand how content, audiences, brands, sales, and influencer marketing come together as a business.
Instead of managing a tiny part of the process, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of the complete brand partnership cycle—from discovering an opportunity to closing the deal and developing the relationship.
As the company and creator portfolio grow, this role also has significant room to grow with it.
