Key Responsibilities

Download RAW footages shared over Google Drive, keep it safe in hard disk until project gets completed.
Segregate footages based on input camera formats (usually Sony slog3 (FX3, FX30 / M4 cameras) or DJI D-gamut (Air2s/Air 3)). Sony slog3 Footages will be in XAVC HS 4K 280M H.265 422 codec - either 50fps or 100fps, and DJI footages will be in D-log M 60 fps.
Go through the footages and shortlist based on following criteria - bride & groom singles, couples, rituals and family.
Choose creative music sets with the theme of event, mix multiple songs if required to build the rhythm and pacing.
Rough-cut, finetuning, adding effects, masking, transitions, color correction, color grading - all process to be followed seamlessly.
Edit and design narrative-driven wedding videos with a strong sense of pacing, rhythm, music and SFX.
Handle both short-form (teaser) and long-form (highlight video)
Bring strong creative instincts to craft engaging, storytelling-led visuals.

Requirements

Proven expertise in storytelling edits - where music, sound and narrative drive impact.
Ability to deliver complete videos end-to-end with creative quality.

Traits We're Looking for

Accountable, responsible individual who can take up and deliver projects independently.
Experience in building and managing end-to-end video editing process.

Bonus Points If

Expert in Davinci Resolve Studio.
Has strong sense of color grading.
Good sense of sound and music choices.
