● 3+ years of backend development experience at SDE 2 / SDE 3 level.

● Proven experience working on logistics management systems (LMS) or logistics/
supply-chain platforms.

● Strong programming skills in Java / Node.js / Golang / Python etc. (one or more).

● Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures.

● Hands-on experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and

Redis.

● Solid understanding of order management, order lifecycle, and fulfillment workflows.

● Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

● Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance-optimization skills.

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, logistics, or supply-chain technology

platforms.

● Prior experience working in high-growth startup environments.

● Familiarity with event-driven systems, message queues, or distributed systems is a

plus.

Key Responsibilities
● Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services for warehouse, logistics,

and fulfilment systems.

● Build robust APIs to manage rider tracking, order delivery, post order workflows, and

returns.

● Collaborate closely with product, frontend, and operations teams to deliver end-to-

end solutions.

● Ensure system performance, reliability, and scalability for high-volume, real-time

transactions.

● Integrate backend systems with marketplaces, ERPs, and third-party logistics partners.

● Write clean, optimized, and maintainable code with proper documentation and

testing practices.

● Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and participate in code reviews.
