We’re hiring a Growth Engineer to build the experiments, surfaces, and systems that help an early-stage AI product grow. You’ll combine product thinking, engineering, and measurement to find what moves adoption.
Run and implement growth experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention.
Build landing pages, onboarding flows, lifecycle improvements, and instrumentation.
Work closely with product, design, and go-to-market teammates.
Use data and speed to learn what works.
Ship experiments quickly and measure their impact clearly.
Improve conversion points across the user journey.
Set up event tracking, reporting, and feedback loops.
Turn winning experiments into repeatable systems.
Strong engineering ability with sharp product and growth instincts.
Comfort iterating quickly with imperfect information.
Experience with experimentation, analytics, or conversion work.
Clear thinking about metrics and tradeoffs.
