Bengaluru
Raised $1.2M+ from the founders of Razorpay and some of India’s top unicorn founders and Tier 1 VCs.
We're 2X founders, previously built a crypto investing app for GenZs, then built Instinct of invoicing at YC backed startup used by 2Cr SMBs & worked inside India's largest bank.
Managing money in India is confusing, judgmental and generic. Advisors are out of reach or mis-selling, apps hand you a dashboard, and AI gives a different answer every time. We’re fixing that.
Looking for a Founding Social Media Lead to build the agents and systems that power and help our users manage their money better.
Every Indian home has a favourite biscuit, chai & noodle brand, but nobody has a favourite finance brand. We want to build one for a generation that would rather do anything than talk about money.
What you’ll do
Run our pages across Instagram, X, & whatever app GenZs moves to next.
Take a campaign from an idea on Monday to live on Wednesday, then figure out what worked by Friday.
Find, brief and work with creators who actually fit us.
Be the face of Orange: on our feed, in creator collabs, at events.
You’re our person if
You’re a creator first. You built your own audience before you built anyone else’s. A real Instagram presence is a must. If people also follow you on X or LinkedIn, even better.
You have 2 to 5 years in social or content, with your hands on the work, not only managing it.
You’re comfortable on camera. Talking to it, not hiding behind it.
You’re extremely online. You know what FAFO means, why half the internet is LARPing as finance bros, and which audio will be dead by Thursday. Our founders are busy building the product and still think “rizz” is a type of rice. You keep us current.
You know influencer marketing inside out: picking the right creator, negotiating, briefing, boosting a creative, and why one reel travels while another dies at 400 views. You know the ASCI rules for finance creators, because we’re a money brand and that matters.
You switch between Hindi and English without thinking, and you can turn around a clean English post for LinkedIn in minutes.
You’re fast. Trends have a 48-hour shelf life and you move inside it.
You can shoot it, edit it, caption it, boost it, and reply to the comments at 1 AM.
Brownie points if
You’ve grown a page from zero.
You’ve worked at a consumer startup
You’ve handled a comment section on fire and lived to post again.
You have a creator network you can call tomorrow.
