We source directly from MSMEs and manufacturers to bring customers highly affordable prices (₹300-400), delivered within 60 minutes across categories including Home & Kitchen, Fashion, and Beauty & Care, with a focus on making quick commerce more accessible and value-driven beyond Tier 1 cities

We're looking for a Founding Tech Lead to work closely with the Founder, own the technology stack, and build the engineering team and systems needed to scale.

Must have

4+ years of professional experience across frontend, backend, or full-stack engineering.
Strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on coding ability across the product stack.
Experience with system architecture, system design, APIs, databases, distributed systems, and DevOps.
Experience taking products from idea → production → scale.
Experience leading engineering teams, driving execution, and maintaining code quality.
Ability to make practical technical trade-offs while balancing speed, reliability, and scalability.
Strong product instincts and the ability to own ambiguous problems end-to-end.
