Central Supply Intern (Field Operations)

Job Description

We are looking for energetic and driven interns to support central supply operations and manage on-ground execution, coordination, and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute central supply strategies at the ground level
• Coordinate with Feet On Street (FOS) and local vendors
• Travel to field locations to monitor operations and performance
• Support in achieving city-wise/service-wise targets
• Identify operational gaps and collect feedback (VOC)
• Maintain daily reports and share updates with stakeholders
• Assist in smooth execution of onboarding and field activities
• Ensure adherence to company processes and standards

Eligibility Criteria
• Recently completed Graduation/Post Graduation
• Strong communication skills (local language preferred)
• Willing to work in a field-based role
• Good coordination and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and problem-solving attitude

Preferred Skills
• Stakeholder management
• Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Leadership potential
