About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager to take care of the payments capabilities of our platform. As a collections platform, payments is the bread-and-butter of what Rezolv does and is central to our client’s operations. In this role, you will report directly to the VP of Product and work in close collaboration with below teams:
Third party providers like Payment Gateways and Aggregators to help Rezolv build relevant integrations with them, and identify new opportunities
Tech team, which will help you build the features you think of
Delivery teams, to understand the requirements of our clients and build relevant product features for their purpose
Below are examples of a few of the many problem statements you will work on:
Building a flexible platform that can integrate with multiple PG’s to register the mandates for the borrowers
Developing a presentation pipeline and integrate with our client’s LMS to directly feed the payment information
Support a smooth repayment experience for the borrowers across multiple touchpoints like Voice Bot, digital communications and agent interventions
Work responsibilities
Work closely with customers, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to identify opportunities and transform them into impactful product capabilities
Define product requirements, prioritize initiatives, and lead cross-functional execution from discovery through launch.
Frame the roadmap in conjunction with the VP of Product to drive the direction of the product
Use data, customer feedback, and experimentation to improve the product
Define product success metrics and continuously measure impact after launch.
Pre-requisites
4 years of Product Management experience working in payments domain in India
Working knowledge of SQL and product analytics
MBA from a reputed institution is good to have
Prior tenure with Payment Gateways or Payment Aggregators is highly preferred
