The Role
Product at Tradl sits at the intersection of trading, AI, and user behavior. As an APM, you'll own discrete product surfaces end-to-end from user research to post-launch analytics. You'll work alongside founders, the trading research team, engineering, and design to shape how Indian retail traders interact with an AI-native intelligence stack.
What You'll Do
User research: weekly user calls and session data synthesized into persona insights, intent patterns, and feature signals
Activation & onboarding: designing the first-run experience and activation loops that turn signups into active traders, with clear ownership of time-to-first-value and activation rate
Retention & engagement: building habit loops and product hooks that drive weekly active depth and cohort retention, backed by experiments and post-launch analysis
Product analytics: Mixpanel event design, dashboards, funnels, and cohort analysis to inform every product call
Feature surfaces: full accountability for assigned modules (chatbot, alerts, screeners, watchlist) and the metrics they move
Competitive intelligence: tracking Indian and global trading platforms and surfacing gaps Tradl should close
