Senior Developer- Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer to join our team. This role involves leading the development and technical implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central solutions.
Work Details:
• Working Hours: 6:00 PM IST – 3:00 AM IST (aligned with EST hours until 4:30 PM)
• Work Mode: Remote
• Experience Level: 10+ years
• Compensation: Up to ₹24 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central solutions based on business requirements
• Design, write, debug, and maintain high-quality AL, C/AL, and C/SIDE code
• Use Visual Studio Code, C#, .NET, and other relevant technologies for development and system integrations
• Integrate Business Central with external and enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and middleware solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders, to deliver effective solutions
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize system performance
• Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, testing, version control, and deployment
• Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central features, updates, and industry trends
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central development
• Strong proficiency in AL, C/AL, C/SIDE, Visual Studio Code, C#, .NET, and related development tools
• Experience integrating Business Central with third-party or enterprise systems using APIs and web services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central technical certifications are a plus
