We're looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to bridge the gap between our users and financial institutions
You'll lead outreach to Banks and NBFCs to negotiate formal settlement frameworks that solve credit access and debt overdue challenges for our app users along with building lending partnerships
This is a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru. We do not offer remote work

4+ years of experience in banking alliances, lending partnerships, collections strategy, or stressed assets
Proven track record of closing partnership deals with Banks or NBFCs
Strong understanding of debt recovery, settlement frameworks, lending products, credit underwriting in India
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills

Build and own the partnerships pipeline with Banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions
Negotiate and structure formal debt settlement frameworks with lending partners
Source and close lending partnerships to expand credit access for our users
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate partner systems and APIs
Represent Oolka in industry forums and build our credibility in the lending/collections ecosystem
