GreenJams is a materials science startup building low-carbon and carbon-negative alternatives for the construction industry. Backed by Sagana Capital, 1Crowd Ventures, and Malpani Ventures, we develop and manufacture products that perform at cost parity with conventional materials — without the embodied carbon. Our products — Agrocrete®, Novastone™, and BINDR™ — are used across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. We have delivered 30+ projects across India, working with organisations including ITC, CBRE, Svasara Resorts, and Dhun.life.
Trust is the primary conversion blocker in construction. Developers, architects, and structural engineers don't switch materials because of a good ad — they switch because a peer they respect told them it works, or because they read something credible and technically sound.
This role exists to build that trust at scale.
You will own the content engine, the specifier community, and the top of the marketing funnel. You will work directly with the Head of Growth and will be one of GreenJams' first Bangalore hires.
