Glitter Technology Ventures Pvt. Ltd. (www.glitterlabs.com) is hiring a Growth & Partnerships Engineer to drive distribution, partnerships, and AI-native growth systems across Edge AI, Vertical AI, and large-scale content generation.

We’ve built the technology. Now we’re focused on getting it into the right hands—fast, intelligently, and at scale.

This is a builder role, not a coordination role.

About the Role

You will work directly with founders and engineering to design and execute growth systems, partnerships, and distribution engines from scratch.

You are expected to think like a founder, execute like an engineer, and operate with speed, precision, and autonomy.

You will actively use AI tools like Claude, Cursor, and Codex to:

• Accelerate research and synthesis

• Build automations and lightweight systems

• Run experiments faster than traditional teams

• Scale outreach, content, and GTM workflows
  

This is a high-ownership, high-agency role where outcomes matter more than process.

Location

Remote, India

Nagpur, MS, India (local candidates preferred)

We work in person, remote, or hybrid for speed, clarity, and tight feedback loops.

What You’ll Do

• Own user acquisition and distribution across channels

• Build and close strategic partnerships (AI tools, developer platforms, ecosystems)

• Design and run growth experiments across the full funnel

• Build AI-assisted systems for outreach, tracking, and execution

• Translate market signals into scalable growth systems

• Execute content-led and product-led growth initiatives

• Continuously find new channels, scale winners, kill losers

Core Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Partnerships

• Identify and close strategic partnerships end-to-end

• Build outbound pipelines from scratch (no reliance on inbound)

• Drive integrations, co-marketing, and distribution deals

• Convert partnerships into measurable user/revenue impact

2. Growth Engineering

• Design and run structured experiments across acquisition, activation, retention

• Build lightweight automations using AI tools and APIs

• Instrument funnels, dashboards, and conversion tracking

• Scale what works, eliminate what doesn’t

• Collaborate with engineering on product-led growth systems

3. Operations & Execution Systems

• Maintain CRM hygiene, pipelines, and tracking systems

• Own outreach sequences and follow-ups end-to-end

• Ensure nothing falls through execution cracks

• Drive clarity through structured reporting and documentation

4. Research & Market Intelligence

• Track AI, LLM, and developer ecosystem shifts

• Identify emerging distribution channels before they scale

• Translate technical signals into actionable growth strategies

• Inform GTM and partnership decisions with first-principles analysis

5. Technical Writing & Content

• Write high-signal content for developers, founders, and technical audiences

• Own LinkedIn, newsletters, and long-form distribution

• Build a credible, technical content voice for the company

• Treat content as a primary growth channel

Skills We’re Looking For

• Growth marketing, demand generation, or hybrid BD/growth experience

• Strategic partnerships and full-cycle deal execution

• Strong systems thinking and experimentation mindset

• Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Codex)

• Ability to build workflows, automations, and lightweight systems

• SEO, analytics, and funnel optimization

• Strong technical writing and communication skills

• High execution velocity and operational discipline

Experience

• 2–5+ years in growth, business development, or hybrid technical-growth roles

• Proven experience in user acquisition, partnerships, or revenue growth

• Experience in startup or fast-paced environments preferred

• Demonstrated ability to operate independently and deliver outcomes

• Proven 0 → 1 experience in startups or early-stage environments

• Hands-on experience with AI tools, APIs, or developer platforms

• Demonstrated ability to build or scale distribution channels from scratch

• Strong track record in user acquisition, partnerships, or revenue growth

• Experience running structured growth experiments and A/B testing

• Strong systems thinking and ability to operate in ambiguity

• Familiarity with Claude, Cursor, Codex, or similar AI-native workflows

• Strong technical writing and ability to communicate to developer/founder audiences

• High execution velocity, ownership mindset, and operational discipline

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field

• Equivalent practical experience accepted if output is strong (code, systems, writing)

• Strong curiosity and sustained engagement with AI/LLM ecosystem is expected baseline
