About Scalio
Scalio is building an AI marketing companion for small businesses across India. We are an early-stage team working across product, AI, performance marketing and growth. There is no complete playbook: priorities change, experiments fail and new problems appear faster than job descriptions can be updated.

We’re looking for someone who finds that exciting.

What you’ll do
• Work directly with the founders on whichever problems matter most.
• Run growth, distribution and operating experiments.
• Research customers, markets and competitors.
• Take loosely defined initiatives from idea to execution.
• Work across product, content and growth.
• Build lightweight internal systems using AI and no-code tools.
• Follow up relentlessly until work produces a real-world outcome.
• Step into important work that does not have an obvious owner.

What we’re looking for
• High agency, resourcefulness and a strong bias toward action.
• Comfort working through ambiguity without waiting for perfect instructions.
• The ability to learn unfamiliar subjects quickly and communicate clearly.
• An AI-first approach to work and evidence of having built or launched things independently.
• A willingness to do unglamorous work when it helps achieve the outcome.
• The habit of keeping people updated without being chased.

Who should not apply
This will not suit someone looking for fixed responsibilities, extensive hand-holding, a predictable daily routine or the ability to say, “That isn’t part of my role.”

We are primarily hiring full-time. Exceptional college students may apply only if their academic schedule genuinely permits a full-time, in-office commitment. This cannot be treated as a casual internship alongside a full college timetable.

What to expect
You’ll gain exposure to nearly every part of building an early-stage company, but the experience will be demanding, fluid and execution-oriented. The role is for someone who wants responsibility and learning—not stability through rigid boundaries.
