We’re looking for a Social Media Management Intern who can turn chaos into consistency, ensuring every piece of content; written, designed, or edited, hits the feed on time and is tracked.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily content operations: ensure all accounts post as per plan and timelines.

• Collaborate with teams: work with strategists, writers, editors, and designers to keep output flowing.

• Plan and align calendars: maintain structured dashboards & workflows for content tracking.

• Monitor trends: research competing pages and identify growth opportunities.

• Lead Tracking: ensure the growth of your portfolio pages is being properly tracked

• Community Management: Keep the following alive by posting engaging stories and responding to all comments and DMs

• You’re highly organized, detail-driven, and thrive on structure.

• You have high ownership and accountability, you make sure things get done.

• You understand content performance and how audiences behave online.

• You’re eager to learn tools like Notion, and dive deep into Automations.

📍 Requirements

• 0.5-1 years of experience in social media management or content operations.

• Strong understanding of Instagram, short-form trends, and growth mechanics.

• Excellent coordination, communication, and multitasking skills.

• Comfortable managing high-volume content pipelines.
   

Bonus Points If:

• You’ve grown a page organically and cracked at least 1M+ views in a month.

• You know basic editing & designing (or are ready to learn).

• You’ve worked in creative agency/startup setups.
