Build AI-powered product features that solve real user problems.
Work on prompting, retrieval, evaluation, orchestration, and production behavior.
Turn experiments into dependable product capabilities.
Partner with product and engineering to improve quality, speed, and usefulness.
Design, test, and ship model-based workflows and features.
Measure quality with practical evaluation methods.
Improve latency, reliability, and output quality in production.
Stay close to user feedback and use it to guide iteration.
Hands-on experience building with modern AI or ML tools.
Strong engineering fundamentals and product judgment.
Comfort working from ambiguity to shipped outcomes.
Ability to explain tradeoffs clearly and simply.
