Packaging & Development Manager | Beauty & Personal care | Gurgaon

We are looking for a Packaging & Development Manager to lead end-to-end packaging development for a fast-growing D2C beauty & personal care brand. The role involves taking packaging from concept to commercial production, managing vendors, driving cost optimisation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Ideal Candidate:

5–8 years of experience in packaging development within Beauty / Personal Care / Cosmetics / FMCG
Strong experience in primary & secondary packaging, including tubes, bottles, jars, pumps, closures and cartons
Experience working with packaging manufacturers, converters and vendors across sampling, trials, artwork and production
Strong understanding of packaging materials, printing, moulds/tooling, decoration and costing
Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with an eye for premium aesthetics, functionality and consumer experience.

Location: Gurgaon
