AI Process Automation Lead — Candidate Application Form

Role: AI Process Automation Lead
Company: Rocket Equities (M&A advisory firm) Link
Location: Remote (India)
Experience Required: 3+ years ( preferred but we can make exceptions if skills match)
Compensation: ₹22 LPA ( $2k a month )

What You Will Do

• Identify repetitive workflows inside the company

• Build AI agents to automate them

• Deploy working automation used by real teams

• Continuously reduce human hours spent on manual work
  

Examples of automations you may build:

• AI agents that summarize deal documents

• Systems that extract insights from PDFs and websites

• Automation for investor updates and CRM updates

• Competitor monitoring systems

• Internal AI copilots for analysts

What We Are Looking For

You must:

• Have 3–6 years experience

• Be able to build automation tools yourself

• Have built AI agents or workflow automations

• Be comfortable with Python or TypeScript

• Have used tools like LangChain, n8n, CrewAI, etc.

Do NOT apply if

• You have never built an automation used by other people

• Your experience is only academic or certification-based

• You prefer strategy or management over building

This role is evaluated by what you have built, not what you know in theory.
