About the Role

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern who's excited about finding great people and helping build high-performing teams.

This is a hands-on recruitment role where you'll work closely with the HR team to support hiring across creative, business, and tech functions. From sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a great candidate experience, you'll be involved in every stage of the recruitment process.

What You'll Do

Talent Sourcing

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other hiring channels
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Research potential candidates and identify high-quality talent

Screening & Coordination

• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Recruitment Operations

• Maintain candidate trackers, ATS, and recruitment databases
• Track hiring progress and ensure all recruitment data is updated accurately
• Support offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding coordination when required

Employer Branding

• Assist in creating and posting hiring content across LinkedIn and other platforms
• Support campus hiring, recruitment drives, and hiring events
• Help strengthen OWLED's employer brand through creative recruitment initiatives

Who We're Looking For

• Recent graduate or final-year student pursuing HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn recruitment and hiring processes
• Available for a full-time onsite internship in Bangalore

Bonus Points If You

• Have prior internship or project experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition
• Are active on LinkedIn and understand sourcing techniques
• Enjoy networking and speaking with new people
• Have basic knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS)
