🎓 About the Role:

Senior Associate – Business Management Track

This is not your average entry-level job.

As a Senior Associate, you’ll be thrown into the deep end from Day 1. You’ll get end-to-end exposure to solving 10x problems, owning business charters, working with CXOs, and shaping strategies that directly impact millions of users and sellers across India.

You’ll join one of our core business verticals, working in small, high-impact teams. You’ll solve real business challenges, use data like second nature, and move at the speed of a startup.

🧠 What You'll Work On:

You'll be mapped to one of the following tracks based on your interest and business needs:

1. Category Management

Own the P&L of a product category.
Design pricing, assortment, and promotions strategies.
Decode user behavior and stay ahead of competition
Scale categories from 0 to 1 and 1 to 100.

2. User Growth

Design experiments and campaigns to bring millions of new users.
Optimize performance marketing and growth loops.
Use data to craft insights that shape Meesho’s growth engine.

3. Fulfillment & Experience

Solve for delight across delivery, returns, and support.
Improve metrics like delivery TAT, NPS, cancellations, and more.
Work with product and ops teams to scale high-efficiency systems.

4. Business Development

Expand strategic categories and seller networks.
Identify high-potential brand partnerships.
Influence long-term strategic direction and team goals.

5. Monetization

Make commerce sustainable by driving ads and seller monetization.
Conceptualize, pilot, and scale monetization products.
Work cross-functionally with product, analytics, and sales teams.

💰 Compensation & Perks

Total CTC: ₹36.25 LPA

Fixed Pay: ₹17.25 LPA
