FilFlo is the operations platform Indian consumer brands run order-to-cash on: POs, inventory, warehouse, GST e-invoices and e-way bills, procurement and reconciliations. Our customers are D2C and FMCG brands selling to quick commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart), modern trade, marketplaces and B2B distributors.
We are a small, investor-backed team, and our founder ran ops at consumer brands before building FilFlo. Every brand we onboard has its own channels, ERP (Tally, Zoho, D365), SKU masters and quirks, and getting that setup right is what makes FilFlo stick.
You will own every new brand's journey from signed contract to a stable, live FilFlo workspace, and its first 60 days after go-live. Today the founder does this himself. Your job is to take it over, make it repeatable, and let us onboard more brands each month without more founder time.
Our bar is First Time Right: the first PO, invoice, e-way bill and ASN that a new brand sends through FilFlo is correct, with no rework and no firefighting. You will plan each onboarding so that happens, not fix it afterwards.
You run each onboarding end to end, in this order:
Discovery on the ground. Visit or shadow the brand's current ops: how POs arrive from Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart and modern trade, how invoices are raised in Tally, Zoho or D365, and how the warehouse picks and dispatches. Write down every gap against FilFlo before setup starts.
Onboarding pack. Prepare the SOW, master-data templates, next-steps sheet and a timeline (activity, owner, TAT), and get the brand to sign off on scope.
Master data. Clean, map and load SKU, customer, channel, ship-to and site codes, HSN and GST rates, rate cards and warehouse locations.
SKU and PO mapping. Map channel article IDs to brand SKUs, set case-pack and UOM conversions, and make sure every PO line lands on the right SKU.
Configuration. Set up invoice formats, number series, e-invoice and e-way bill settings, users and roles, and Tally/ERP export mapping. Work with engineering on integrations.
Dry run and UAT. Push real POs end to end before go-live: PO, pick, invoice and IRN, e-way bill, ASN, gate entry, GRN. Nothing goes live without a signed UAT checklist.
Go-live and hypercare. Be present for the first dispatches. Train the brand's ops, warehouse and finance users and leave them with SOPs.
Post-live reconciliations. Reconcile GRN vs ordered quantity, fill rate, invoices vs Tally, and short receipts and debit notes. Flag exceptions before the brand finds them.
Across every onboarding you will also:
Write clear specs for engineering when a brand needs something we don't have, and push back when configuration can solve it.
Turn each onboarding into checklists and templates so the next one is faster.
Track First Time Right: share of first-month invoices, POs and ASNs that went through without correction, and days from kickoff to go-live.
Day 30: You have shadowed two live onboardings, know the product end to end, and have written the first version of our onboarding checklist and UAT sign-off sheet.
Day 60: You have led one brand from kickoff to go-live yourself, with the founder only reviewing.
Day 90: You run every new onboarding. Kickoff to go-live is shorter than today, and post-live reconciliations for live brands run on a weekly cadence.
4 to 7 years in operations or supply chain, with at least 2 years at a D2C or FMCG brand selling on quick commerce and modern trade.
You have personally handled Blinkit, Zepto or Instamart POs, appointments, ASNs, GRN disputes and debit notes, not just reported on them.
You know GST invoicing, e-invoice/IRN, e-way bills and HSN codes, and you have worked in Tally. Zoho Books or D365 is a plus.
You are fast in Excel or Google Sheets: lookups, pivots, and cleaning a 5,000-row SKU master without breaking it.
You catch the wrong case-pack or the missing HSN before it reaches an invoice. Getting it right the first time matters to you.
You can run a meeting with a brand's ops head and finance team, and write a crisp email or SOP in English. Hindi helps.
You are happy to travel to brand warehouses during go-lives.
You have onboarded clients at a supply-chain SaaS, OMS/WMS or 3PL (for example Unicommerce, EasyEcom, Increff or a fulfilment provider).
Basic SQL, or comfort reading an API response.
You already use AI tools to speed up mapping, cleanup and documentation.
Pay: ₹12 to 16 LPA fixed, based on experience.
Scope: first implementation hire, reporting to the founder, with a clear path to lead an implementation team as we grow.
Work: direct access to the founders and engineering. What you learn in the field shapes the product.
A 20-minute call with the founder, a 2-hour take-home where you clean and map a sample SKU master and PO file, then a final round with the founders.
