About the Role

We're PeopleX Ventures, a boutique search firm helping startups and organizations find their next great hire. As a Talent Hunter (Intern), you'll be on the front lines of that; sourcing candidates, convince candidates for a conversation, evaluate candidates for roles we have open or roles we may have in the near future, and helping real people land roles that actually change.

It's remote, it's fast-paced, and it's built around one simple idea: conversation & networking is still the best tool in recruiting.

You'll work closely with a small, but hands-on and an amazing team.
 

This isn't a "shadow and observe" internship. You'll be picking up the phone in week one.
