About the role

We’re hiring a mid-level Influencer and Client Servicing Manager to lead influencer and digital content campaigns from brief to delivery.
This is a client-facing role for someone who can build strong relationships, shape campaign plans, and take end-to-end ownership across servicing, execution, and final deliveries.
You’ll work closely with clients, creators, talent partners, and internal teams to keep campaigns moving smoothly and on time.

Responsibilities

Manage influencer and digital content campaigns from client brief through execution and reporting.
Build and maintain strong connections with influencers, influencer agencies, and talent agencies.
Discover relevant creator talent and recommend practical campaign approaches based on the brief.
Own day-to-day client servicing, communication, coordination, and follow-through.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution and delivery of campaign assets.
Track timelines, deliverables, approvals, and campaign progress with strong attention to detail.

What we’re looking for

Agency experience is required.
Strong existing relationships across influencers, influencer agencies, and talent agencies.
Proven experience handling client-facing communication with confidence and professionalism.
Ability to turn campaign briefs into clear action plans and see them through to execution.
Strong project management skills and comfort juggling multiple moving parts at once.
Experience working on influencer marketing, branded content, or digital campaigns.

Working model & hours

Hybrid working flexibility.
Based out of Andheri West, Mumbai.
Office hours are Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
