Associate/Sr Associate - Performance Marketing

Responsibilities:

• Lead performance marketing end-to-end: work with our partners to plan, manage, and optimize campaigns.

• Drive creative strategy for ads: decide what type of creatives to use, test formats, and scale winning ideas.

• Explore and execute additional marketing channels such as influencer collaborations, content marketing, partnerships, and offline activations to strengthen TOFU.

• Track key metrics (CAC, ROAS, funnel conversions) and ensure campaigns deliver on growth targets.

• Collaborate with admissions, product, and design teams to align marketing with business goals.

Skills:

• A strong generalist with a mix of analytical and creative thinking.

• High degree of ownership + accountability

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

Work Experience & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in performance marketing (either running campaigns directly or managing them in a program role).

• Preferably worked in a fast-paced/startup environment
