Customer Service Executive (Outbound)

About the Role

We're looking for a friendly and confident Customer Service Executive to connect with customers after their product is delivered. Your role will be to collect feedback, assist with basic queries, and help us deliver a great customer experience.

What You'll Do

Call customers after product delivery.
Collect feedback about their experience.
Record customer responses in the system.
Share customer concerns with the relevant team.
Maintain a polite and professional conversation.

Who Can Apply?

Freshers are welcome.
Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Experience: Fresher / Experienced
