Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Field Operations Intern to support our on-ground operations, data collection, and analysis efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in the field, interacting with stakeholders, and translating real-world observations into structured data insights.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed market research to identify trends, competitor insights, and new business opportunities.
Develop and support a dynamic, zone-wise pricing strategy through competitor and market analysis.
Generate actionable insights using strong data analysis for key business and pricing decisions.
Engage with captains (driver-partners) to ensure smooth daily operations and address supply-side issues.
Capture on-ground insights (Voice of Captains) to identify challenges and propose effective solutions.
Work closely with city teams to track performance metrics, maintain daily dashboards, and identify operational gaps.
Suggest actionable improvements to enhance performance and business outcomes.
Support BTL activities to strengthen brand awareness, demand generation, and marketplace visibility.
Develop innovative ideas and execute field activities to achieve sourcing and supply targets.
Travel on-field as needed to understand operational challenges and drive business expansion initiatives.
