MyGate is a leading community technology platform transforming the way residential communities manage security, communication, convenience, and everyday living.
We are looking for a high-calibre professional to join the Founder's Office and work closely with the founders on high-priority business initiatives, strategic projects, and day-to-day problem-solving.
This is a role for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of strategy, execution, and business leadership and wants a front-row seat to how a high-growth company is built.
Work closely with the founders on strategic and business-critical priorities across the organization.
Own and drive high-impact projects from problem identification to execution and closure.
Work across functions such as Business, Product, Operations, Finance, Sales, and People to drive key initiatives.
Conduct structured analysis and deep dives to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
Prepare business reviews, dashboards, presentations, and decision-making frameworks for the founders.
Translate ambiguous business problems into clear, actionable plans.
Track execution of key initiatives and ensure timely follow-through across stakeholders.
Support founders in evaluating new business opportunities, market trends, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
Act as a central point of coordination for selected founder-led projects and priorities.
Be comfortable working on both high-level strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
4–6 years of professional experience, preferably in management consulting, strategy consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth startup strategy role.
Candidates from top-tier institutions, preferably IIMs, IITs, or ISB.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong business acumen and the ability to understand different aspects of a business quickly.
Highly organized with strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment with evolving priorities.
Ability to work directly with senior leadership and independently drive initiatives to completion.
Strong attention to detail with a bias towards action and execution.
High ownership, curiosity, and willingness to go beyond a defined job description.
This role would be particularly relevant for someone who:
Comes from a consulting background and wants to move closer to actual business execution.
Wants to work directly with founders and senior leadership and understand how business decisions are made.
Enjoys solving open-ended problems rather than working within a narrowly defined function.
Is comfortable switching between strategy, analysis, execution, and stakeholder management.
Wants broad exposure to multiple functions and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the business.
Work directly with the founders and senior leadership team.
Exposure to critical business decisions across multiple functions.
Opportunity to own high-impact, cross-functional projects.
Steep learning curve with visibility into the complete business.
Significant ownership and autonomy in a high-growth environment.
