The Assistant Manager – Data Analytics will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making by leading a small team of analysts, building scalable analytical solutions, and delivering actionable insights to business stakeholders. The role requires strong technical expertise along with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of 2–3 analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely execution
Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and reports
Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide analytical solutions
Develop and optimize SQL queries for large datasets
Build predictive and analytical models using Python
Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI and Tableau
Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and outcome
