We are hiring an Associate Manager – International Logistics for a fast-growing global HealthTech company. This role involves managing international shipments across air and ocean freight, optimising logistics costs, coordinating with freight partners, ensuring timely deliveries to US warehouses, and maintaining compliance with Indian export regulations and US customs and FDA requirements.

Ideal Candidate:

7–9 years of experience in international logistics, managing both air and ocean shipments
Hands-on experience with India-to-US shipping lanes; exposure to China, the Middle East or European markets is a plus
Strong understanding of customs clearance, import-export documentation and trade compliance
Experience handling FDA-regulated or other compliance-heavy products is preferred
Proven expertise in freight negotiations, cost optimisation and vendor management
Experience managing a small team, with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
