Our client, a fast-growing D2C food & beverage brand, is looking for a Team Lead – Finance & Accounts to support its growing finance function. This role goes beyond routine accounting—it focuses on financial reporting, statutory compliance, MIS, budgeting, audits, and strengthening financial controls in a fast-paced business environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or D2C businesses, with hands-on experience in financial reporting, GST, TDS, audits, budgeting, and ERP systems such as Tally or SAP. CA Inter/Semi-Qualified CA is preferred.

Location: Pune (On-site, 6 days working)
Experience: 2–5 years
