This is a fully remote, senior-level role where you’ll work on enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations for global clients. If you’re passionate about AL development, integrations, and performance optimization, this role is built for you.

Work Mode: Remote
Working Hours: 6:00 PM IST – 3:00 AM IST (EST alignment)
🔧 What You’ll Do
✔ Develop, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central solutions
✔ Write and maintain high-quality AL, C/AL, and C/SIDE code
✔ Build integrations using APIs, web services, and middleware
✔ Work with Visual Studio Code, C#, and .NET for advanced customization
✔ Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders
✔ Perform code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize performance
✔ Follow best practices for development, testing, and deployment
✔ Stay current with Business Central upgrades and Microsoft ecosystem trends
🎯 What We’re Looking For
✅ Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central
✅ Expertise in AL, C/AL, C/SIDE, VS Code, C#, .NET
✅ Proven experience integrating Business Central with external systems
