Job Summary:

As an Executive in the Admin & Facility department, you will be a key contributor to the smooth operation of our organization's administrative and facility functions. Your role will encompass a range of responsibilities, including office management, vendor coordination, and ensuring a comfortable and efficient work environment for our employees. Your attention to detail and ability to handle various tasks will play a critical role in supporting our business operations.

Job Responsibilities:

● Responsible for handling the administrative operations of the South regional office locations. Should be able

to liaise effectively with the business and stakeholders.

● Carry out site-specific threats and risks assessment, plan and organize admin operations, help in

developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and site instructions.

● Keeping track of the day-to-day operations of the Facility team & ensuring a proper work environment at the centre.

● Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working

and properly maintained.

● Coordinating & managing office landlords, vendors, suppliers, electrical/water board

& related authorities.

Job Requirements:

● 1-3 years of experience Facility Management.

● BBA or any stream in Administration or MBA (Not Mandatory)

● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

● Passionate, result-oriented with a strong bias for action

● Strong negotiation skills and should be street smart

● Open to travel as and when required
