LoudLabs is looking for a Creative Director who can own the big picture and sweat the details. This role is not about moodboards and approvals. It’s about setting creative direction, building strong teams, and shipping work that cuts through culture.
You’ll define how LoudLabs thinks, looks, and speaks across content, campaigns, artists, and brand IPs. You should be equally comfortable shaping a high-level narrative and fixing a weak execution.
If you can lead ideas, people, and output without hiding behind jargon, this role is for you.
Define and evolve LoudLabs’ creative direction across brands, artists, and campaigns.
Set clear creative standards and ensure every output meets them.
Turn business and content goals into strong creative narratives and systems.
Lead conceptualization for social-first campaigns, long-form content, and brand IPs.
Guide designers, writers, editors, and strategists from idea to execution.
Ensure ideas translate cleanly across platforms and formats.
Manage, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary creative team.
Build strong collaboration between strategy, design, video, and content.
Push the team creatively without burning them out.
Present ideas confidently to internal stakeholders and clients.
Translate vague briefs into clear, executable creative directions.
Balance ambition with timelines, budgets, and resources.
Stay ahead of trends in entertainment, youth culture, creators, and digital media.
Filter trends intelligently instead of chasing everything that’s viral.
Build work that feels current without being disposable.
A strong conceptual thinker with a clear creative point of view.
You understand content, branding, and storytelling in the internet age.
You know when to simplify and when to push boundaries.
You can lead people, not just critique work.
You’re comfortable taking ownership and accountability for output.
3–5 years of experience in a Creative Director, Associate CD, or Senior Creative role.
A solid portfolio across content, campaigns, or brand work.
Experience leading designers, writers, and video teams.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-output environment.
You’ve built or scaled creative teams from scratch.
You’ve worked with artists, creators, or entertainment brands.
You understand social platforms deeply and design content for performance.
You use AI tools to improve speed, ideation, or workflows.
Creative ownership and real decision-making power.
Opportunity to shape the visual and narrative identity of LoudLabs.
High-impact work seen by large, culture-driven audiences.
Fast growth into Head of Creative or Executive Creative roles.
Competitive compensation for the right fit.
