About the Role

We are looking for energetic, smart, and highly motivated Management Trainees who are ready to build their careers in the fast-growing world of Travel Tech, Mobility, and SaaS products.

As a Management Trainee at taSki Technologies, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, Technology, Vendor Management, and Business teams. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn, solve real-world business problems, and grow into future leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily business operations and strategic activities

• Coordinate with internal teams for project execution

• Analyze business processes and suggest improvements

• Work on operational, product, and vendor management tasks

• Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation

• Conduct market and competitor research

• Support client/vendor communication and follow-ups

• Monitor project progress and maintain MIS reports

• Learn and adapt quickly to different business functions

Requirements

• MBA / PGDM completed recently or awaiting final results

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Good understanding of business operations and management concepts

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic reporting tools

• Quick learner with a proactive attitude

• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

• Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset

• Willingness to work from office in Bengaluru

Preferred Skills

• Interest in Travel Tech, Mobility, SaaS, or Technology products

• Basic understanding of operations or product management

• Strong presentation and coordination skills
