VisibilityStack is building the command center for agentic AI applications — intelligent systems that act, learn, and optimize on behalf of users. Our platform transforms static dashboards into living, AI-powered systems of intelligence that autonomously manage visibility, marketing intelligence, and technical optimization.
We’re building what we call “Software 3.0” — a suite of interconnected agentic tools that drive Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) across content, crawlability, and authority. Think of it as the “mission control” for visibility in the AI era.
We’re looking for a Product Designer who has hands-on experience designing SaaS applications, especially those involving dashboards, complex data visualization, and multi-step workflows.
You’ll be working closely with our Lead Designer (who is leading product architecture and UX) to execute and refine UI design across our growing agent ecosystem. The UX, flows, and style guide are already defined, so this role is about translating that system into beautiful, scalable, and consistent interface designs inside Figma.
Designing pixel-perfect UI screens based on established wireframes, flows, and design system components.
Creating and refining dashboard interfaces, visualizations, tables, modals, and navigation layouts.
Prototyping interactions and flows in Figma for usability testing and stakeholder walkthroughs.
Maintaining consistency across modules and ensuring adherence to the design system.
Collaborating with product and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility.
Contributing UI enhancements and micro-interaction ideas that make complex workflows feel effortless.
2–5 years of experience as a Product Designer (preferably in a SaaS environment).
Strong Figma skills — components, variants, prototyping, and system-level thinking.
Prior work designing dashboards, analytics products, or workflow-based tools.
Understanding of information hierarchy, state handling, and data visualization in SaaS apps.
A good sense of typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy for clean, enterprise-grade design.
Ability to move fast — iterate, execute, and ship designs in short cycles.
Comfort working with an established UX direction and elevating it visually.
Experience designing for AI or automation products.
Familiarity with Generative SEO / analytics / optimization tools.
Experience working with B2B or marketing intelligence platforms.
You’ll be joining at an exciting early stage, the product architecture is already robust, and we’re entering the execution and polish phase. You’ll be part of a small, high-velocity team building a category-defining product in the new world of Agentic AI SaaS.
