You’ll lead women’s healthcare at Q across text, voice and video consultations, while helping build the clinical protocols, evaluations and AI safeguards needed for safe, empathetic care. The indicative time split is 60% patient care, 20% AI training and testing, and 20% protocols.

Reports to the Medical Director / Cofounder
Deliver teleconsultations across menstrual, reproductive, sexual, pregnancy and midlife health.
Manage common concerns including PCOS, menstrual irregularities, contraception, infections, fertility questions and menopause.
Identify cases requiring examination, investigation, urgent care or in-person referral.
Own consultation quality, response times and follow-up standards.
Build protocols for triage, escalation, prescribing, investigations and safety-netting.
Create clinical evaluations and test cases; review AI outputs for red flags, medication safety and pregnancy-related risks.
Support audits and incident reviews, and help build Q’s specialist, diagnostics and referral network.
MS, MD, DNB or DGO in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, with at 3-6 years of clinical practice after postgraduate training.
Strong outpatient judgment across reproductive and women’s health.
Administrative or quality-process experience.
Evidence-based prescribing and a strong grounding in patient safety, privacy and sensitive communication.
Active Karnataka Medical Council registration, or ability to obtain it.
Comfortable working with AI, product and engineering teams.
Fluent English; conversational Kannada or Hindi.
Telemedicine, health-tech, protocol-writing, audits, training, reproductive medicine, menopause care or a Bengaluru referral network is a plus.
