What would you be doing?

Ideate & Script: You’ll brainstorm high-performing ad concepts for platforms like Instagram and YouTube. You’ll write scripts that grab attention and drive action by the end.
Deep-Dive Research: You’ll conduct primary research (customer interviews, surveys) and secondary research (competitor analysis, trend spotting) to figure out exactly what makes our audience tick.
Performance Support: You’ll work alongside the Performance Marketing team to analyze how your ads are actually doing. You’ll learn to look at a dashboard, see what’s failing, and pivot the creative strategy accordingly.
Creative Testing: You’ll help develop "creative experiments"—testing different hooks, visual styles, and CTAs to find the winning formula for scale.
