We’re looking for a hands-on RF Signal Processing Engineer to design, build, and optimise the algorithms that convert raw satellite RF signals into actionable, low-latency data products. You’ll work closely with our satellite hardware, data systems, and science teams to ensure our data pipelines are fast, accurate, and scalable.
Your work will directly influence how our constellation senses and understands the world — from spectrum intelligence to future multi-sensor missions.
Develop and optimise signal processing algorithms for satellite-based RF systems.
Build data processing pipelines that transform raw RF data into operational products.
Work with scientists and data engineers to validate, refine, and scale processing workflows.
Apply DSP methods to wideband RF scenes for spectrum monitoring and signal intelligence.
Continuously learn and contribute to emerging topics in remote sensing, estimation, and retrieval.
Strong background in Digital Signal Processing and RF systems.
Experience with wideband RF data and applications like spectrum monitoring or SIGINT.
Proficiency in Python and familiarity with modern development tools (Git, CI/CD, testing).
Comfortable working with a distributed, multidisciplinary team.
Hands-on experience with Software Defined Radio (SDR) and open-source tools (e.g., GNU Radio).
Previous experience in NatSec programs.
Knowledge of RF geolocation techniques (TDOA/FDOA, precision timing).
Experience with LEO satellite signal processing or wireless communication standards.
Familiarity with estimation theory and measurement systems.
Exposure to cloud-native environments (AWS, Flyte).
Competitive salary range of INR 36-48L for Mid level candidates, and INR 12L for Jr. Roles.
Final offer will depend on skills, experience, and location (BLR/DEL/BOM)
