𝗣𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿 (𝟮–𝟱 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲)

We’re looking for a Python Backend Developer skilled in FastAPI or Django, who enjoys solving real
problems and takes full ownership of what they build. Someone who is goal-oriented, self-driven, and a
go-getter who can work independently while collaborating well with the team.
Exposure to AI/ML and GenAI technologies is a plus — not required but highly valued. Experience or
curiosity in integrating GenAI APIs or building AI-powered features will be appreciated.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼
• Develop and maintain backend services using FastAPI or Django
• Design scalable APIs and optimize database performance
• Collaborate with frontend teams for seamless integrations
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Take ownership of features from idea → design → deployment
• Participate in architecture and design discussions
• (Optional) Work on or explore AI/ML or GenAI-based use cases
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿
• 2–5 years of experience in Python backend development
• Strong understanding of PostgreSQL/MySQL and query optimization
• Solid grasp of OOPS, data structures, and design principles
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Git, and Docker
• Go-getter attitude, strong ownership, and problem-solving mindset
• Bonus: Experience with AI/ML, GenAI, or React
