Lead Designer, Project & Process; 5–6 YOE

Looking for someone who can own projects from brief to delivery, work directly with clients, bring structure to the process and mentor junior designers.

We're looking for evidence of:

• End-to-end project ownership

• Strong design judgement

• Client / stakeholder management

• Project and process thinking

• Mentoring or team leadership

About the team
You'll be joining a growing, design-led team working across ai, digital and creative projects for ambitious companies. It's a small team, which means designers get a lot of ownership and their work has a visible impact.
