We are looking for an eCommerce & Quick Commerce Account Lead to drive profitable growth across ProV’s digital retail channels by building strong platform partnerships and executing tightly across category, operations, and marketing teams.

This role sits at the intersection of account management, platform strategy, and execution, ensuring that ProV grows share across eCommerce and QCom platforms through disciplined collaboration and deep understanding of how digital retail ecosystems work.

Job Description

Own platform relationships and business outcomes

Manage and grow ProV’s business across key eCommerce and Quick Commerce platforms, owning revenue growth, margins, and execution quality.

Build strong category partnerships

Develop deep working relationships with category managers and platform teams, identifying opportunities for better placements, campaigns, assortment expansion, and platform-led growth initiatives.

Drive cross-functional execution

Act as the central coordination point between Category, Operations, and Marketing teams, ensuring seamless execution across pricing, promotions, supply availability, and platform activations.

Unlock growth through platform levers

Identify and execute opportunities across ads, visibility, assortment, search placement, pricing, and platform campaigns to accelerate growth while maintaining profitability.

Ensure operational excellence

Work closely with internal operations teams to ensure inventory readiness, fill rates, replenishment discipline, and platform SLAs are consistently met.

Track performance and improve continuously

Monitor platform metrics across sales, availability, ads, pricing competitiveness, and campaign ROI, translating insights into execution improvements.

Ideal Candidate

2–4 years of experience in eCommerce or Quick Commerce, preferably in account management or platform growth roles.

Strong understanding of how QCom and eCommerce platforms grow categories, including exposure to advertising, promotions, and operational levers.

Experience working with category managers and platform teams to unlock visibility and campaigns.

Comfortable coordinating across multiple internal teams including marketing, operations, and category management.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate platform data into actionable growth initiatives.

High ownership mindset with the ability to operate in fast-paced execution environments typical of QCom platforms.
