Must-haves (non-negotiable)

Fluent English (speaking, reading & writing)

Bachelor’s degree

min 1 year professional childcare experience (infant/toddler preferred) - eg: teaching, working with special children or paediatric nursing is a strong plus

Child-care responsibilities:

Should be ready and willing to do all child-related tasks: diaper changes, bathing, oil massage, dressing, feeding/meal prep, tidying child areas, child laundry, maintaining routines.

Be the manager for the household help and supervise their work

2–3 recent references — reference checks mandatory

Clean police record — police verification & full background checks mandatory

Comfort with smartphone apps — will be tested (Blinkit/Zepto, Uber/Namma Yatri, WhatsApp)

Strong plus

Teacher/Montessori certification

Nursing Degree

Valid driver’s license
