WittyPen is a strategic content marketing company. Since 2015, we've worked with 500+ companies, built a vetted network of 1,800+ writers, and shipped 85,000+ pieces of content. Today we run two disciplines as one system, Search Growth and Brand Authority, because you can't really do one without the other anymore: AI engines pull citations from where brands are actually discussed well, and brand work only turns into pipeline once it's found and cited.

We're a small, high-ownership team. We'd rather ship steady, good work at a sustainable pace than perform busyness, and we're not chasing move fast and break things or fail fast, fail forward as personality traits.

Zerply is the newest thing we've built, an agentic AI visibility and SEO platform, and it needs someone who can drive growth for it directly, working closely with the founders. This is a real growth seat, not an assistant role, roughly seventy percent hands-on campaign execution, twenty percent data and reporting, and the remainder direct founder support on whatever's active that week.

What you'll do

• Run growth campaigns for Zerply directly: LinkedIn thought-leadership content, influencer seeding, and testing what gets marketers to try the product.

• Build a regular read on what's working and what isn't, so decisions are backed by data.

• Support the founders directly on ad hoc priorities as they come up.

• Move campaigns from idea to execution across LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.

• Use AI tools to plan, produce, and analyze campaigns end to end.

What we're looking for

• An analytical background (economics, operations, engineering, or similar) over a marketing-only background.

• Genuine, daily comfort with AI tools, not just familiarity.

• Real, personal use of LinkedIn, X, and YouTube, not just knowledge of them as a marketer.

• Fresher to 1 year of experience.

• Comfortable moving fast without being told to.

Nice to have

• Any hands-on project in growth, content, or campaigns, even informal or self-driven.

Compensation

₹4–6 LPA.
