AIxGrowth is an AI-native marketing studio. We help growth-stage tech companies and higher-education institutions build AI-powered growth infrastructure from content systems, outbound programs to positioning and GTM strategy.
We don't just use AI tools. We build repeatable systems around them, operate them at speed, and deliver output quality that traditional agencies structurally cannot match.
We're a lean, high-output team. Everyone here owns their work end-to-end.
This is a senior individual contributor role.
You'll be the primary content writer for AIxGrowth's own marketing and one of the clients. That means producing high-quality written content consistently, across multiple formats and platforms, in distinct brand voices.
The work requires someone who has actually done this before – produced content for actual audiences, learned what lands and what doesn't, and developed the editorial instincts that only come from reps.
On top of execution, you'll be expected to document the repetitive workflows and approaches for recurring content types so we can codify the process into systems our broader team can build on.
Written content across platforms and formats – LinkedIn posts, long-form articles, email, ad copy, thought leadership, landing page copy and more – for AIxGrowth and one client simultaneously
Research and briefing: understanding audience, competitive context, and ICP before a single word is written
Editing and quality control on AI-assisted drafts – knowing when output is good enough to ship and when it needs a full rewrite
Manage and iterate on prompt systems, workflows and brand voice reference docs of AIxGrowth and the client you work with
Maintain content calendars, briefing documents, and output trackers across clients
Developing repeatable approaches for recurring content types so what works once can be replicated reliably
Maintaining voice reference documents, content briefs, and output trackers across active accounts
Flagging what's breaking, what's working, and what should be standardized, with a bias toward action
Strong written English – you can write clearly, punchily, and in different registers depending on who you're writing for
You have a portfolio of written work for companies, brands, or your own content that shows range across formats
You've used AI tools as a production layer in your writing workflow, not just experimented with them
You understand what separates a good AI-assisted draft from a bad one and you can close that gap through editing
You can hold multiple client voices in your head simultaneously without bleeding one into the other
You have a strong working knowledge of copywriting frameworks – hooks, CTAs, narrative arc, AIDA, PAS, etc.
You're a self-starter – you take a brief, ask the right clarifying questions, and move, without waiting to be micromanaged
You write well. Not beautifully. Well. Clear, specific, purposeful, structured.
You've produced content professionally for a startup, agency, or B2B brand
You've worked from a voice guide or brand brief and delivered content that actually matched it
You've managed content for more than one brand or client at the same time
You have a working knowledge of how different content formats are built – their structure, intent, and mechanics
You have opinions about what makes writing work. You can explain why a content piece will work or not
Basic design tool exposure like Canva or equivalent – enough to produce basic designs or tweak a social creative
Familiarity with AI image or video generation tools
Understanding of SEO fundamentals – keyword intent, structure, how search-driven content differs from social
End-to-end ownership – your work goes live, under real brands, to real audiences
Exposure to AI content systems that most marketing professionals haven't built yet
A front-row seat to how a modern AI marketing studio is built and operated
A direct working relationship with co-founders – no layers, no bureaucracy
The opportunity to shape how we operate: the processes you build here will become infrastructure
Work that compounds – the systems and skills you build here will be ahead of the curve for the next 5 years
We don't hire on resumes alone. Shortlisted candidates will be sent a short task before any interviews. We keep the process fast and respect your time.
