The Role

Join our engineering team to build real features: AI-driven assessments, evidence mapping tools, and user dashboards. You'll ship code that impacts users within weeks.

Requirements

Strong proficiency with AI coding tools (Cursor, Codex, Claude, Copilot)
Excellent at writing prompts and communicating with AI to accelerate development
Comfortable using AI as a core part of your workflow, not just an add-on
Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript
Experience with our stack: Next.js and Tailwind on the frontend, Node.js and MongoDB on the backend

Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity
