India has fewer than 1,000 registered investment advisors for 10 million+ investable households. Good financial advice never scaled — with AI, it finally can. The product that makes it possible needs to be built — that's this role.
We've previously worked at Groww, Peak XV (fka Sequoia India), JP Morgan, and Flipkart, and have raised a large seed round led by marquee VCs. We're currently in stealth — that's deliberate.
You'll build the product end-to-end — backend systems, data pipelines, and interfaces that handle people's real financial data with production discipline. Fullstack, frontend, or backend — pick your lane below. You'll work directly with the founders, before launch.
Compensation: competitive salary + ESOPs.

Ship fast with production discipline — auth, payments-grade data handling, observability. Integrate AI features: streaming, generative UI, real-time experiences. Own what you ship, from schema to pixel.
Who we're looking for: you've built and shipped things end-to-end solo, and can link them. Strong fundamentals in TypeScript/React or Python/Go backend — pick your lane. You've dealt with production fires and learned from them. Comfort with ambiguity, speed, and a roadmap that changes weekly.
