Role Overview

You run everything ALTRD has promised its clients. Five delivery pods, every build, every annuity, every deadline - yours.

You make sure people are working on the right things at the right pace without the founder in the room. In your first 90 days you shadow the founder on client calls, learn to represent ALTRD the way she does — the language, the standards, the way we say no — and then take those calls yourself.

From day 91, clients experience you as ALTRD.

Who you are

You've run a team in a multi-client delivery organization with P&L ownership.
You can sit across a plant MD, absorb an escalation, and walk out with the relationship stronger.
You have enough AI delivery literacy even if you can't code.
And you genuinely believe services delivery is a craft, not a stepping stone.

Bonus if you come from

Delivery leadership or engagement partner track at any of the tech services or consultancy firms.
Extra points if you've delivered into manufacturing or industrial clients and know what a shopfloor smells like.

This is a leadership role with high ownership. A strong academic background is a plus, though exceptional candidates from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
