About the Role

We're looking for a sharp AE who's ready to own the full sales cycle. Not just pass off a booked meeting and hope for the best.

You'll be selling to RIAs and Broker-Dealers across the US. These are founders and partners running their own firms. They don't want a pitch. They want someone who gets their world, earns their trust, and shows them exactly how Mili fits into their day.

Your job is to run discovery, demo the product, handle objections, close deals, and make sure every new customer starts off on the right foot.

This isn't a quota-factory kind of role. You'll work closely with the CEO and product team, help shape how we sell, and leave a real mark on the company's growth.

Location: Bengaluru, India (Prestige Tech Park)

Work Model: 4 days in-office, 1 day WFH

Work Hours: US Timezone (flexibility for WFH during late hours)

What You'll Do

Run the full sales cycle from first call to signed contract
Lead discovery calls that uncover real pain, not surface-level answers
Demo the product in a way that feels personal, not scripted
Handle pricing conversations and negotiate deals to close
Keep HubSpot updated and your pipeline clean
Hand off closed customers to CS and make sure the transition is smooth
Give the product team honest feedback from what you're hearing in the field
Help build and refine the sales playbook as we figure out what works
Work closely with the SDR team, coach them on accounts, help them write better outreach, and make them sharper over time
Source your own deals too if you're a go-getter. You're not limited to inbound or SDR-sourced pipeline

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

1 to 2 years of B2B sales experience. You've closed deals before, even smaller ones. You know what it feels like to get a signature.
Strong discovery skills. You ask good questions. You listen more than you talk. You can find the real problem behind the stated one.
Clear, confident communicator. You write well. You can hold a room. You're comfortable talking to founders and firm partners who have no patience for fluff.
Self-managed and accountable. You run your own pipeline. You know your numbers. You flag problems before someone else notices them.
High ownership mindset. You don't wait to be told. You figure things out and move.

Strong Preferences:

Experience selling to financial services, wealth management, or RIAs
Background in SaaS or tech sales
Exposure to multi-stakeholder deals
Startup experience where you've worn multiple hats

Wealth management might be new to you. That's okay. You'll learn it fast, and once you do, you'll have an edge in a market most AEs have never touched.

🔧 Loves the tools

You know your way around HubSpot. You're not afraid of Clay or Smartlead. You look for ways to work smarter, not just harder.

🤝 Closes with care

You want customers to succeed, not just sign. You set expectations honestly and make sure the handoff to CS is clean.
