🎬 Naecre is a Mumbai-based CGI, 3D motion design and AI film studio. We have worked with clients such as Microsoft , Netflix, Vivo ,Norton, Baller Athletik, Kajaria, Godrej, OGIO and many more and lately, films in a category that didn't exist two years ago.

We're hiring an AI Artist Intern to work right next to our Senior AI Artist on real brand projects. Not coffee runs. Not mood boards nobody reads. Actual frames that go out with a client's logo on them.

🎨 What you'll actually do

Generate and art-direct images and video with Midjourney, Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Veo, Flux and Nano Banana
Build prompt libraries and style references, and keep characters, products and lighting consistent across a whole film
Retouch, composite and finish frames in Photoshop so they hold up on a client screen
Sit in on creative reviews and pitch your own ideas — we want your taste, not just your hands
Keep files, folders and naming clean. Yes, really.

🔍 What we're looking for

A strong eye. Taste beats tool knowledge every single time.
Photoshop, plus AI tools — Claude, ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Hugging Face and the image / video generators.
Curiosity. You try the new model the week it drops, not six months later.
Speed. You take feedback without flinching and iterate fast.
No agency experience needed. Show us what you've made and we'll take it from there.
