Events Operations Intern (Full-Time) - Mesa School of Business

About the Role

We’re looking for an Event Operations Intern to join our Program Operations team to assist with our Event Planning and Operations at Mesa within our Undergraduate and Postgraduate Program.

What You Will Do

1. Event Planning & Logistics

Assist in planning and coordinating events - timelines, setups, and execution flows
Work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure everything runs on time
Troubleshoot on-ground issues and ensure a smooth event experience.

2. Event & Classroom Execution

Ensure seamless execution of classes, workshops, and events - from room setup to AV readiness
Be the on-ground point of contact for speakers, mentors, judges, and guests
Support end-to-end event execution across speaker sessions, pitch days, and workshops

3. Student & Stakeholder Support

Act as a first point of contact for student queries during events and sessions
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders (faculty, speakers, internal teams)
Support basic reporting and documentation for events

Who We Are Looking For

Past experience leading or working for College Events/ Independent run events.
Fluent Communication in English
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong ownership and ability to handle fast-paced environments
High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Willingness to be on-ground and make things happen
